Did the job I needed - to connect laptop to small screen tv, so I had a second screen when working. The picture quality wasn't great - it wasn't like having a second monitor, but this is down to the tv quality not the cable, however this didn't really matter. Easy to connect the two pieces of hardware, not so easy to get the software to work, but did it in the end.

I bought these, but returned them, not because there was anything wrong with them, but because my DVD picture issues were not cable related and I already had high-quality cables. However, this cable gave a very good picture and a sound connection. No hesitation in recommending

Great for the pandemic or other homeworkers
These cables are used in the home for so many applications these days, for me to use to link a monitor to a laptop. The cable is wrapped in the corded sheath and not plastic sheath and this does appear to be more durable and protect the HDMI plugs from splitting earlier.
